We recently made cinnamon rolls with this mix and they turned out SO DELICIOUS!! My family is always skeptical that my GF things will taste different but they all agreed that these were the BEST cinnamon rolls we have made to date, gluten free or otherwise! They truly have a great taste, amazing texture, and just melt in your mouth! We can’t wait to make more. The hardest part about this mix… deciding what to make next with it because it’s so yummy! 100% worth the cost! You won’t be disappointed!

I tried this after seeing a cooking demo during the Spring ’21 Nourished Festival. I was hesitant to spend so much on a mix as I’ve been gf for years and have tried them all, but I ordered it. OMG the cinnamon buns were amazing – best I’ve ever had, gluten or not. It’s so worth it. So here I am re-ordering but this time one of every mix. I’ve raved about this mix on my blog’s fb page and several of my followers have also tried it and agree. I don’t understand how this mix can be so magical compared to the others.

I tried this after seeing Lorraines demo at the Nourished Festival and I thought I’d give them a go for the holidays. Growing up, we always had cinnamon rolls at Christmas. After finding out I can’t have gluten, I was worried I wouldn’t be able to join the rest of my family eating ooey gooey cinnamon rolls anymore. I have tried several different cinnamon roll recipes; all of which tasted good but where annoying to work with. This mix not only tasted like regular, gluten-filled cinnamon rolls, but it was also easy to work with. The dough was manageable, rose beautifully, and held its shape. I will definitely be buying more !!!

I used this to make cinnamon buns for Christmas morning and they were AMAZING. By far the best pastry I’ve had since being diagnosed with celiac almost four years ago, everyone who tried them said the same. Sending it to a friend who was just diagnosed as a little hug. Truly incredible!

Am really impressed by this mix. We made babka, which my wife hasn’t had since being diagnosed with celiac 5 years ago. The end result tasted amazing. The texture wasn’t perfect–it was more of a challah/babka combo, just a little too bready, but certainly passable. I can imagine that it would be perfect for cinnamon buns but in my opinion babka shoudn’t have the same mouth-feel as a chocolate scone. Of course chocolate scones are still delicious. Next time — and there WILL be a next time, because despite what a pain it is to make babka, this was delicious– we will try rolling the dough out more thinly, which might help.

Amazing! Cinnamon rolls were our traditional Christmas morning breakfast prior to my son getting diagnosised with Celiac Disease and these are an absolute replacement. I would never know they are gluten free. Thank you so much, they were a hit will my entire family (gluten free and non-gluten free members!).
