Crowd pleaser! These gluten-free Cinnamon Roll Bites will sure satisfy any crowd. Loads of drizzle in this recipe that makes the most amazing caramel sauce for dipping. With the use of our SWEET DOUGH MIX, making this treat will be a breeze.
INGREDIENTS
1/2 of Prepared SWEET DOUGH MIX.

TO COAT THE DOUGH BALLS:
1/4 cup melted butter
TO SHAKE THE DOUGH BALLS:
1/2 cup brown sugar
1 ½ teaspoons cinnamon
FOR THE SYRUP:
1/2 cup salted butter melted
1/2 cup brown sugar
1 teaspoons cinnamon
TO POUR OVER THE TOP:
1/2 cup heavy cream
FOR THE CREAM CHEESE SUGAR GLAZE:
1 cup powdered sugar 130 grams
2 oz cream cheese (optional, increase heavy cream to 1/3 cup if not using)
4 tablespoons heavy cream 2 ounces
1/4 teaspoon vanilla extract
Oven Temperature:
Preheat oven to 350ºF
Bake Time:
25 - 30 minutes or until golden brown and bites are baked and not doughy
Roll dough into a rope about 1” in diameter. Cut into 3/4” to 1” and roll the dough between the palm to form into a ball. Makes about 45-50 balls.
Coat balls in butter and then to the brown sugar cinnamon.
Arrange balls inside 10” cast iron pan. And let rise for 30 min to 45 min.
Drizzle 1/2 cup heavy cream.
Bake 350° 25-30 minutes until bites are golden brown. Check the bites at the bottom of the pan to make sure it’s baked.
Mix glaze in a small bowl until smooth. Spread glaze on top of bites once baked.
