Easy Bagel

Our chewy 2 ingredients inspired Quick & Easy Bagel will be your go to recipe to for a quick breakfast.  We love our Bagel sprinkled with everything seasoning or toasted sesame sprinkled with sea salt flakes!


1 3/4 cups Lorraine’s Gluten-Free All Purpose Flour

1 tbs baking powder

1/8 tsp salt

1 1/2 cup Greek yogurt

everything seasoning for topping

Egg Wash:

1 egg + 1 tbs water

Oven Temperature:

Preheat oven to 400ºF

Bake Time:

20 – 25 min until golden brown

Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and set aside. In a medium bowl, whisk all dry ingredients together until combined. Add yogurt and mix with a wooden spatula until it starts to come together.  Can also be mixed using a food processor or an electric stand mixer. Roll the dough into a log and divide equally into 4. Roll each dough into an 8” log and bring the 2 ends together and pinch both ends. Smooth the ends.  Make sure the hole in the center it at least 2” in diameter so it doesn’t close up when the dough rises while baking. Combine egg and water into a small bowl and brush egg wash onto the top of the bagel. Sprinkle everything seasoning or topping of choice such as sesame seeds, etc. on top of the bagel.  Dry hands and pat down seasoning. Bake until golden brown. Best when served warm and on the same day.
